Check filler cap is ok. Carry out a block test to check head / gasket .Check for sticking thermostat .

as above has any work been done on cooling system if so was it bled out properly worth trying this and make sure heater is working ok also check the whole radiator is getting hot to confirm it is not blocked also look in header tank and rev engine when warm to make sure water is circulating (but take care when doing this )if all ok then i would say head gasket fault when stripped dont forget to have cylinder head crack tested
