i pull the lead to the diesal injector by accident while it was running the car starts n runs fine but the engine light stays on the its says there an engine fault will this go off automatically or do i need to do some thing to turn it off?

i would see if the light can be put out via a code reader of some sort but it is possible the injector may now be damaged

You need to be carefully with this as some injectors keep on filling the cylinder and can cause damage. ,but if you re-made the connection and switched the engine off it,s probably ok and just requires the, code erased.
