Digital Display

Hello, the digital display has gone all weird, its showing the petrol gauge but not showing the amount of petrol, the speedo just has two lines like this: -- it doesnt change when im driving, the date is lit and the fog light, airbag and handbrake light are on,this all stays on for about 10 mins after I have turned the car off and removed keys from the ignition. The radio has also stopped working and the button on the dash that locks the car doesn't work. Any ideas anyone??
