The ignition switch could be at fault and you havent included any fault codes in your post to get an idea of what faults are coming up.

hi mine was doing that and i had to change the tank pump try switching on the ignition can you hear the tank pump start and run do it a few times see if it does not make a noise thats what mine was doing no noise engine running on when stopped stopping losing power light coming on on the dash engine light any of these hings and it sounds like your pump bit expensive but make sure you get the right type and go or the bosch pump
