2002 Citroen Xsara Picasso central locking and rear wiper

The rear wiper stops in different places and it keeps locking all the doors then reopens them. Also the red diode on the dash is always on and is not flashing the key fob works fine and the car starts and drives fine. Has anyone got any ideas please??????

I think you might have more than one fault. The door locks could be bouncing due to a faulty lock and there may be a fault with the rear wiper motor or possibly the bsi.
