2002 Citroen Xsara Picasso brake's are solid in the morning

hi every morning when I start my car my brake pedal is solid to push down, just a recent problem, but can anyone give me any info on why its happening before I take it to the garage,?

Is this happening before you start the car or after. If it is only before you start the car, then check the hoses to the servo unit.
