Front windscreen wipers randomly turn on even when in off position. This can go on for 10 minutes at a time. Very rarely same applies to rear wiper.
Noticed a cable hanging at front drivers side of car below water/window wash container with blue feminine plug. Cannot find the male connection anywhere on first look. Rear window wash not operating, although wiper operates and pump is heard.
Could this be connected to windscreen wiper problem?
