Jingling noises

have you checked for a broken coil spring they some times break where they make contact with the shocker they can look ok on inspection but break near the ends

Has your car been fitted with coil spring retainer caps on the front suspension? They were installed free of charge in a recall by Citroen a few years ago and was to prevent a broken spring damaging the tyres. If you do have them fitted one or both might be loose and are easy to secure without dismantling the strut. Take a look at each front coil spring with the front wheels off, If fitted you will see them straight away at the bottom of the spring.
A word of caution, unless you know what you are doing DO NOT attempt to remove the coil spring from the strut assembly. The compressed spring contains an enormous amount of energy.

Had same problem 02 Citroen drive me mad ended up was exhaust changed rubber mounts .took of back box was full of rusty bits and water cleaned and refitted problem solved HAPPY DAYS x

hi dont know whether you have found a solution to your prob but if not have you tried the gear box as i had a similar prob with a scenic the garages failed to find the prob till it was too late it turned out it was the gear box hope this helps
