First things first, you need to see if you have any fuel getting to the spark plugs which you will be able to smell if you have tried to start the car then remove a sparkplug, if you take the new plug out and it has no sign of fuel burning try to see if you have a spark at the plug by holding the plug (with a pair of insulated pliers) keeping the end of the plug held against a earthed part of the car then have the engine turned on the key (out of gear)to see if it is sparking. If it turns over providing the timing belt hasn't slipped or snapped and you have fuel and a spark it gets to the point of needing a garage to connect up diagnostic equipment to it.
