Engine is making a wizzing sound when reved??

When the accelerater is pressed a background wizzing noise can be heard going up and down with the revs.

check the fan belts etc some times this noise can be a sighn they need replacing

if fan belt is ok , check for sound alternator the bearings could be dry , try lightly spraying the area with wd40 and see if noise stops
