2000 Citroen Xsara Picasso blower

After starting the car I found the blowers were not working then I discovered that it works wen the engine is not running, but then stop working as soon as you start the engine, if u quickly turn the key back towards the accessory but don't allow the engine to stall then it starts to work again wot is the solution for this and how do I go about it?

Get an auto electrician to start by checking your ignition barrel
