2006 Citroen Xsara Picasso lose of power

the car is fine on the flat but it almost comes to stop going up hills if i have a run its ok at first then rapidly slows down there is just no power iv had new e r g valve and particulater filter all injectors are fine iv had it in garage thay canot find out what is wrong help its doing my head in

As below post , have you checked fuel filter ?
