i have the code to my stereo but im not sure how to put it in to make the stereo work please help

See if this works ,
" Re: Radio code insertion Full instructions were in the Citroen Xsara 3020 RDS (4020 RDS) audio system users guide.
1. - Type your 4 figure code in using buttons "1" to "6" once the radio display reads "----".
2. - Validate the code by pressing BAND AST, MODE, RDS, PROG or music symbol button.
3. - If the wrong number is entered, press on/off, volume up, volume down or tape player fast forward to start again.
Once the correct security code is entered, the unit will bleep and set itself into radio mode.
