2005 Citroen Xsara Picasso rear washwipe working when reverse is engaged
Year: 2005
Variant: 2.0HDI Desire
I noticed that the Rear washwipe works when reverse is engaged. I've had the car for 5yrs and never noticed it doing that before. Maybe it's a well intentioned Froggy safety feature or maybe an earth fault. I do get noisy FM reception when the HRW is on, so maybe that's a way to go. If so, where is the chassis connection?

On a lot of cars if front wiper on , the rear works when put in reverse .If not that , check wiring where it passes into top of tailgate , can break and touch etc .
