1995 Citroen Xantia no brakes and no power steering

Bought it with these problems. The brakes does not work at all. Not even the parking brake.
Same thing with the power steering.
The brake lights are on constantly.
Any ideas?

Who boy that takes me back.
If memory serves it's all the same fault.
Brakes,power steering and suspension all run of the hydraulic pump,
I'd be looking there.
