2000 Citroen Synergie no diesel to injectors

my synergies had a replacement engine which is from a peugeot 806 my cars been in my local garage for 3 mths the problem is theres no diesel getting to injectors can anybody solve the problem.cheers

does the car have a coded fuel shut off solenoid? maybe if you have replaced the injector pump it will have to be coded to match the car or put the old injector pump back on
