2001 Citroen Synergie gearbox problem

when starting from cold automatic gearbox works fine nice smooth changes, but when car has warmed up gearbox seems to go into limp mode, pulls away very slowly, also gearbox indicator on dash starts to flash, can someone help me please.

Hi, I have just been given a synergie with the same gearbox problem, was a fix ever posted?
