1995 Citroen Synergie electrical faults

I have a digital heater control that will not work, i have had the circuit boards tested & they are fine, i have checked all fuses & relAYS that are all fine, the problem is from the fuse to the controls. The whole heater system, radio & left hand side electric mirror will not work. Can any one advise me on the next step to rectify this problem.

if the fuses are ok then you need to check that you have got power and earth going to the heater panel and mirrors,check at the wiring plugs at the faulty components.check all your earth points and give them a clean with wire brush and make sure you have a clean connection.
