2016 Citroen SpaceTourer whole centre screen keeps shutting off

same intermitent problem seems to cut out going over bumps in road
then comes back on again . when the screen is black\blank the momery stick
still plays my music!
damed annoying if using phone sat nav . sounds like a loose connection?
what is concerning is my vechicle is a 2016 new shape dispatch van so
sounds like it is a citroen problem right across their vechicle range

Seems to be a very common complaint , could check with dealership if any software updates or fixes concerning this
