2000 Citroen Saxo fan and heated rear window not working.

Car: Citroen Saxo
Year: 2000
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
This morning I found that my Citroen Saxo's doors were frozen shut. I eventually thawed the doors out and off I jolly well went. Everything was fine. I made one stop and then, upon returning to the vehicle, I found that, on starting the engine, the fan heater and heated rear window were not working at all. You can imagine what a pain that is in this current cold snap. Fuse(s) blown ? Heater knackered ? Thermostat ? Any ideas ?

if its the fan an heated rear window it is more than likely a fuse or relay, it wont be a broken heater or thermostat, if you have a handbook look to see which fuse corresponds with the fan an rear window.

firstly check the fuses and go from there these are not linked fuses so there is most likely to be 2 fuses blown heated rear screen and heater are most likely to be high amp fuses so should be easy to spot most likely to be around 15 plus amp fuses
