2002 Citroen Saxo engine will not start

Engine will turn over but will not start. I have changed the battery, starter motor and made sure all electrical connections are secure. The car has half a tank of fuel. I have taken the spark plugs out and cleaned them up. Have tried the second key, just in case it was the immobiliser. But still no joy, any help please.

You will have to go back to basics and see if you are getting a spark at plugs and getting fuel o.k .
