I have recently encounted a problem with my 1.1L Citroen Saxo. It just doesnt start! I have replaced the battery, I know its not a batter problem because all the electrics and windows wipers work ect....

She is trying to start but always fails, I need someones help and advice because I am know having to keep the engine warm by putting a blanket over the top because of the cold weather.

There's a little doodad called the "coolant temperature sensor"
that's meant to tell the engine computer how cold/hot the engine is,
and if it fails it could be saying the engine is hot,
which in old school terms means the choke isn't coming on,very difficult to start.
So either get it scanned to see what temperature the live data thinks it is or just get a new COOLANT TEMP SENSOR FITTED.
they're not that expensive.
