Loud squeal when turning and pulling off

2003 Citroen Saxo 1.4 furio

The car has done 70k and recently I was parking it and heard a loud squealing when turning, I checked the steering fluid that's ok, and recently started when pulling off. I am getting the cam belt done anyway. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

Sure it's not brake pad squeal as the wheel tilts over when load applied ?
