1997 Citroen Saxo rear brake swop

Can some one advise me on how to swop rear drum brakes to disc brakes without having to change the rear axle? Would prefer to keep the 3 stud set up

Do not think it can be done without serious modification ,axle change ,then there's the cables,unless any tuning specialists have a mod .

Can't I just change the hubs and brake disc from a front of another saxo? Seriously do not want to change the axle
