Citroen Saxo 2002 VTR, power steering working aok, problem is, it,s noisy even when stationary, it gets worse when driving, it,s a kind of a humming/buzzing/whining noise, any ideas ?

have you checked the fluid level? It may be low so air is being drawn into pump
