2000 Citroen Saxo passenger door

My son has the above car and without knowing why, the passenger door wont now unlock. When the key is in the drivers door all 3 other doors open/close as normal with central locking, the passenger front door seems to 'try' to open and pop down again. Tried the key in the passenger side to no avail, - unable to turn to open lock.

You will need to strip down door panel and check lock actuator and linkage , could try WD 40 to free off .
