Warning lights

2012 Citroen DS4 Airdream auto
Car: Citroen DS4
Year: 2012
Variant: Airdream auto
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
Multiple warnings, eg, abs , anti roll , gearbox fault , Economy driving mode .
Problem added: Mar 31, 2021 (2 years ago)
Usual cause of economy mode is a low battery and can cause other electrical problems also . Worth getting it LOAD tested and at same time check alternator charging rate . Most fast fit centres will do FOC or Halfords .Eliminates one possible cause at no cost

Great, many thanks, car is in for service Friday, ill get them to check battery and alternator.
I really appreciate your info as this has been a pain for the past week and having my baby grandson in the car is worrying the life out of me.
Again , thank you so much for your prompt advice.

If battery and alternator check out o.k , they can run a diagnostic scan for fault codes to see what is triggering the warnings . Hope it something simple , take care of the grandson .

I will also let you know the outcome.

Hi service done and new battery fitted, £148 + vat for battery alone, then full service £493 in total , fault codes cleared, except for 1, warning saying engine fault and service light on, garage cant clear it, they suggested taking it to main dealer to remove.
Any ideas on cost or remedies ?

Yes if thats the spanner button.
Have been informed the orange service light in speedo could indicate a bulb out, have noticed a number plate bulb out since.
Engine warning on screen goes out when drving but comes on when restarting.

Smaller independent garages often don't have proper diagnostic equipment to cover all parameters that the dealerships have for fault codes . Remember when checking lights , to check brake lights and with sidelights on at same time . Very frustrating !! May just be number plate bulb as you say .

Thanks, going for a bulb later, see what happens next, maybe a trip to main dealer 20 miles away to diagnose if bulb makes no difference.
