Water in passenger footwell after rain

Water is accumulating in the passenger footwell after rain, I can't see any leaves in the area near the windscreen. Not sure how the water is getting into the car. I even parked the car on the footpath with the passenger side elevated but water still got in.

If the bulkhead water drains are blocked you may not see leaves as it is usually further down the blockage occurs . You really need to get a wire in to the drains and verify if clear or not .

As above ,would think it’s a drain blocked at bulkhead causing water through air intake ,compressed air blown down can sometimes clear it ,but old coat hanger wire fashioned to fit can be effective in clearing it
