The multi purpose radio/CD/Telephone will not work. The CD works, the telephone works. The audio when in CD is stuck on medium volume and will not go up or down with either the wheel controls or the front
of the radio. It worked fine this morning but after 50miles of driving the volume controls stuck on medium, when trying radio all the stations on pre-selection were lost, the CD works fine except for the volume on medium, the phonbe works okay and reduces the sound when dialling out.

is the telephone kit a standard fitment to your car or is an aftermarket fitment?either way it could be a loose wire or a control module fault,

Thanks again Driver. The radio/phone is a standard equipement on the C8 Exclusive. As said the phone works, the CD works the radio has lost everything, and the sound is stuck at a level which is not too bad but will not reduce using the fascial control knob or the steering wheel controls although it cuts off when using the phone.

if the radio has power to it and is lighting up and display working i would guess its a faulty radio.you could try disconnecting the plug on the back of radio or disconnect battery then reconnect it,this may reset it,
