Electric Doors

Doors no longer work by use of key or buttons inside the drivers compartment. Checked and renewed both 40 amp fuses in battery compartment and these are both good. Also checked voltage at fuses and this is also good. Does anyone have experience with this problem and if so can you point me in the right direction. Both doors can be operated manually.
