Hazard warning lights coming on and brake failure warning

hi i have a small problem,
3 out of 10 times when i start the car the hazard warning lights come on automatically once i turn them off they do not come back on till i put them on manually
and
5 out of 20 times of starting the car an audio alarm sounds and the warning brake failure shows on the screen it goes out after 3 seconds and does not come back in the course of driving and the brakes act normal

does anyone have the same problem and has anyone got an answer on how to fix the problem

Could check brake fluid level as an easy first step in case it MIGHT be linked if low ?
