I would say the starter motor must be pulling too much power, either its the starter itself of the engine is needing extra power to turn it for some reason. Is it hot, cold, or a wet day or is it from first cold start in the morning, cheapest thing to change would be to swap the starter over

I had this problem and I removed the built in fuse and replaced it with fitments for a regular mega fuse. Following this I still had them blowing until finally I stumbled on a solution. I fitted 3 100 amp strip fuses together and although my starter still labours but it does not pop the fuses anymore. I know this answer is a late response but perhaps it will help others.

Almost certainly the starter motor - seems these cars have a problem with starters - often they are the cause of non starting because the starter pulls so much current it lowers the battery voltage to a point where the engine ECU doesnt work, Whatever you do, don't go for solution 2 - fuses are there for a good reason - they protect the wiring from being overloaded - at best solution 2 will lead to melted cables, at worst it could cause a fire - don't do it!
