Citroen C5 Horn Problems

Hello my horn on my Citroen c5 as suddenly stopped working I've check the fuse and its ok many thanks Eddie.

ECU functions not available after installing a new battery. BSI reset done with some functions now available but automatic headlights will not function in fact no full beam at all.

None of the radio,CD, sat nav etc are working. Don't seem to have any power to it at all. Checked fuse in glove box and that's ok
