2013 Citroen C5 rearview mirror will not fold in when car is turned off

Mirrors fold in on turning off the car. Driver's side will not fold in. Other adjustments to this mirror are all OK

You could try a mirror reset , often tells you how in owners manual . The only thing I can find on the subject is this
" You can try to reinitialise the door mirrors. With the Driver's folding mirror switch in the central position, press and hold the switch downwards for a LONG press. That is supposed to reset them "
