Front Suspension clunking

Hi. Im driving a 2009 Citroen C5 but I have a problem with the suspension. Everytime when im driving over the bumps I hear the front right hand side suspension clunking and its been like this now for almost 1 month. I’ve been recently to the mechanic and changed some bushes which he thought needed to be changed but the noise is still there. What it can be cos its really stressful while driving. Many thanks!

Front anti roll bar links are a common cause of this fault .

I have the same problem with my Citroen Nemo and Citroen have told me it is both the front suspension strut top mountings.
