Front windscreen wash not working

when i pull the stork for the front windscreen wash, the wipers move but no wash comes onto the screen, but it does on the rear window!! The rear window activation on the stork works as normal. The windscreen wash is full, the motor is making a noise when stork pulled. The nozzles are clear of any dirt, i've blown them through. Anyone else had a similar problem? I think its a blocked pipe, but getting to the bottle of the wash is right under the forward right wheel.
