Heater not working

i have replaced the resistor checked the fan and fuses all ok but on the consul it just shows the outline of the fans and still will not work

a visit to your local garage for a code read on heater system would give you some pointers

If you have been in at the fanmotor are you getting voltage at it?.The resistor is just for varying the fan speed,But normally if it blows you still get pwr through.Thats why normally only one speed will work as there is no variable resistance.If no pwr at the motor then possibly control switch.On your car it sounds like it,s electronic unit.You need to see if it,s producing the necessery feed .Sorry no magic fix ,just a case of pysically checking/diagnosing it.
