i replaced my old cloth seats with electric leather seats for my C5 LX model (2002),all the multi plugs where under the seats and plugged in ok but the seats dont move or heat up.Is there a relay switch that needs to be added to make them work ?

The necessary relays and fuses of the correct rating will have to be fitted in their appropriate sockets.

any idea where these would be located.

Probably in or around the fuse box. Have a look at the fuse box on the donor car for fuse info and to see if there are any obvious differences.
