Citroen C1 Problems

Warning buzzer does not sound if lights are left on when you get out of car. Had to get a jump start from a neighbour because I left my lights on for two and half hours when the buzzer did not alert me that I had left them on.

When I press the hazard light switch the lights do not work, however, the indicators do work individually. Does anyone know how to fix this please?
