2016 Citroen C1 emission warning light comes on intermittently

I am told it is a generic problem. The emissions light goes off of I check inflation levels on all 4 tyres?

Never heard of an emissions fault being related to TPMS , but I dont know everything . If you do a low mileage and stop / start trips , it's good to give it a good blast down the motorway for 30 mins or so to clear any " cobwebs " Often works wonders

Thanks for the reply. I travel motorway quite regular. That's what it worrying me about this light. Don't want the engine to seize/blow up on route! Am waiting for my appointment to have a diagnostic run. Service centre seems backed up with jobs.
