2004 Citroen Berlingo replacement indicator stalk

ive got this citreon berlingo van 2004 diesel and the indicator stalk/arm needs replacing ive taken the steering shroud of but cant see how to remove it i think the wiper stalk also comes of with it do you have to remove the steering wheel and air bag ?

hope you have disconnected the battery while your doing this
