Rear breaks making grinding noise in morn

the van has all new break parts etc but since cold weather started a month ago when i first use van it has a grinding noise from rear breaks when i apply breaks and only when i break this stops after several uses of the breaks.

Could just be dirt / salt from recent weather still not completely cleared out yet from brakes .As it clears after a short time , keep an eye it and if it persists , might be h/brake cable sticking .
