2010 Citroen Berlingo water comming out expansion tank when car hot

temp goes up to 90 and water bubbles up in expansion tank

You will have to check if thermostat is sticking , whether engine coolant fan is cutting on as it should .If not that you may have to carry out a block test to check for possible cylinder head gasket gone
