Twice rear glass blown out

Twice in six months the rear glass has blown outwards. No glass in car just on the road.

Not a known fault on any cars that I've heard off nowadays . Only can speculate something not right on the fitting . Temp fix would be to leave a window slightly down to ease air pressure but should not be needed
