2006 Citroen Berlingo heating problem

Year: 2006
Variant: 1.9

Temperature rise above 110 degrees. When I stop the car it cools down to 90 95 degrees only on long drive.Can someone suggest me.

Could change thermostat to different temp . Could be a partially blocked radiator to name 2 possible causes .
