2019 Citroen Berlingo mileage counter goes mad when i drive over 20mph

the van drives lovely but when I reach 20mph the mileage counter start displaying crazy numbers like 9999, 27.8mph and non stop displaying random numbers. the petrol icon also stopped displaying how many miles left and the reset button does not seem to work either

Is it not still under warranty ? if so get it booked in for checking / scanning ?

Yes but I’ve already had to pay for a seat belt replacement as Citroen insisted it didn’t come under they warranty!
I’m just looking to see if someone had experienced this issue before so I have an idea of what the garage will talk about. I just need to be a bit more savy about the possibilities and not be out off again by Citroen!
