Pulling away on busy roundabout High revs from 1st to second gear, second gear crunches. Happened twice now. Is my clutch on its way out? Or synchromesh?

If it's only affecting second gear , more likely to be second gear synchro . If it only happened twice and at high revs , adjust your gear changes to suit and live with it until it gets a lot worse ?
