2017 Citroen Berlingo radio system

There have been many complaints on here about similar issues with Citroen / Peugeot radios . Regular occurrence .

I have exactly that problem with my 2016 Berlingo. The infotainment keeps resetting itself every couple of minutes regularly (didn't always do it, but I don't often use DAB) when I use apple play (its what I use). I googled this problem, many suggestions from updating firmware etc (didn't help). I found that tuning the radio from DAB to something else e.g leaving it in AM (ie not using radio) and the problem stopped. This was a suggestion by someone on the web. Thus DAB radio is out. But it has stopped the resetting. I would guess they have some bugs in the radio section (especially DAB) of the firmware. Sigh

I had the same problem, read that it was BBC radio stations causing it. If you have a BBC radio station tuned in as the current station on DAB then it continuously resets, even if you plug in USB. If you want to listen to BBC stations then use FM. I haven't had any issues since not putting BBC stations on DAB. As far as I'm aware there is no software fix for this at present.
