2016 Citroen Berlingo radio restarting

Seen a lot of complaints on this and many were solved with a software update . A phone call to a dealership to check might be worthwhile . Also heard of a low battery condition affecting it .

My 16 plate is doing exactly the same. Having read your post I took it to the dealer to be checked and was told that there is no software update available. They also had another Berlingo I with the same problem and were waiting for Citroen uk to give them an answer. My problem is the my berlingo is a WAV so the thought of an intermittent electrical fault is a bit of a worry. Any thoughts out there as it seems to be a common fault.

I can understand your concerns but can only suggest you keep pursuing your dealership for an answer to a fault they are obviously aware off . Or possibly contacting Citroen customer service direct if getting no satisfaction . Hope you get it resolved soon .
