2011 Citroen Berlingo turns over but won't start

Take it you are getting fuel up ,if the engine is cranking over normally and sounds ok,would be looking to ensure fuel is getting to the cylinders,possible choked filter

I would check fuel is getting to the filter with inlet pipe removed get assistant to turn ignition on you should get fuel for a few seconds would advise you put a cloth around pipe if not it could be a failed in tank pump used to be a common problem.
